Who Are We and What Do We Do?
Our apiaries are on the Urmston Meadows and benefit from an abundance of blackberry bushes and Himalayan Balsam, the latter lasting late into September, giving our signature honey - 'Vitamin BEE' its amazing taste. We are proud to have been awarded 2-stars in the 2024 Great Taste Awards.
Everything is 100% natural, down to the constituents of the home-made bee-protein patties we feed them in spring to help with making little bees! All those ingredients are organic.
We have amazing products and our Bee Experience half days are done in a relaxed atmosphere of friendship and discovery, including children.
We also offer a limited number of wholesale products to beekeepers and can set up new beekeepers with hives, equipment and advice.

Award-winning honey and a wide range of quality products, offering natural goodness and exceptional flavor for every taste and occasion.
Swarm Collection and Bee-Relocation Services
We collect swarms from the Manchester and Trafford areas, some of which we keep to replace failed colonies.
We also donate some swarms to beekeepers for whom we have helped set up mini apiaries and epecially to the some church community beekeeping projects. We are currently working with St James' Church in Mosside and St Margarets in Whalley Range. Their first two colonies started well, but one lost its queen and we have combined both colonies to strengthen the weak, with the intention of splitting back into two colonies thereafter. We have two more empty hives to populate, so let's have those swarms please!
Also - we now have a sister company to humanely remove bee colonies from private and affordable houses - also blocks of flats and commercial properties.

Experience Days down at the Apiary
Experiencing beekeeping is a novel and fun activity for all the family and oiur offering comes with group and picnic activities. Education and fun.
Also - mental health can be positively impacted from beekeeping. The dopamine rush is insane - it clears the mind of clkutter!
Did you know?
Honey is one of the only foods that does not go off. They even found it in 3000 year old Egyptian Pyramids!
Interested in Helping out in the Apiary and learning a new skill?
We offer training in beekeeping in return for help around the apiary. It looks great on the CV and is a wonderful past-time for retirees, those recoverring from mental health and addiction challenges. Beepeeping works wonders for a racing ADHD brain.
